Cake Pops.

Hi everyone! So although my blog isn't 100% done, it shall not stop me from blogging! Yes, i know i'm too awesome. Anyway, today i'll be blogging about how to make MICKEY MOUSE CAKE POPS! It is two of my favourite things combined into one. MICKEY MOUSE + BAKING. Let's start, shall we?
Everything you need for these cake pops can be found in Red Man (a heaven for bakers).

Ingredients & Materials

First up, you gotta bake the cake, obviously.

Next, just break it into a mountain of cake crumbs.

And scoop a generous amount of this heavenly
hazelnut spread God created to save humanity into
the cake crumbs.

Mix it in until the consistency is like Playdough.

With a mini ice-cream scoop,
from mini balls out of the batter and
freeze 'em in the freezer for about 30 mins.

For the ears of mickey mouse,
simply use mini chocolate buttons.
Using a cookie cutter, cut just a small portion away
to create a shape that will mount onto it's cake batter
body better.

Melt some chocolate in the microwave
so that it will act as "glue" for the
sticks and ears to stick onto the 'body'.

Dip the lollipop stick into the chocolate
and stick it into the cake ball.
Because you've chilled the cake balls, it retains
it's shape while you place the stick in.

You'll need a piece of styrofoam to
stick your cake pops in after you've attached the ears
using the melted chocolate as the 'glue'.

Allow it to dry and you're done!

I hope you guys enjoyed this 'How to' post. Do give it a try and send me pictures! Do let me know if you're interested in such posts! Xx
